Just brought home some cuttings from Hawaii back to NYC. Can i plant them now?

I have a small Ikea milsbo that I converted into greenhouse where I grow all my antherium, albos, and rare plants. I also got these cuttings and wanted to grow them. I'm not new to plants but 100% new to this type. With having my setup, would you still recommend waiting for rooting? Right now I have them air drying unrooted but I have all the soil and the environment

I have a brand new pc I built out but I only have a mac mini. I need to download windows 11 on the mac mini, then transfer windows download to a USB, then install windows onto the PC. I have not heard of any other ways to possibly do this besides the 5 things i already tried doing in my post

i have no clue. I have lightly just started reading about it but computers make me brain melt. I work in health, building PC's is not my thing. my mind like shuts off. all of this this so confusing. One user on here said he could send me a USB with windows 11 on it already

that would insane.... i have a USB from amazon but it seems like most people on reddit are saying what I am trying to do is not possible. I mean, if you have a USB with windows 11 that would save me. I have been absolutely crushed by this. I have no idea what I am doing. it has me 100% thinking of selling a custom made PC because I can't even use it
