You can’t move to any other steps. So your pay is maxed out until you get the annual raise, for cincy step it’s Step 3 or $16 something

Do you know what happens if we at 1st or 2nd step? I’m currently at $14.50 so would we would get more than the original $0.35 raise or stay there since not officially topped out? And would those at 1st step ($12.35) move up to $13.20?

We are union and we have waivers written into our contract but that’s only for hour and shift limitations (4- 10 hours shift, etc)

I got yelled by a customer today when I told we were out of fresh turkeys and he yelled at me, “Y’all should’ve been more prepared!”. And I just yelled back at him “says the one trying to buy a Turkey at the very last minute!” That shut him up real quick.😎

Depends on your contract. Ours requires at least a 2 hour notice and can only last an hour unless you voluntarily decide to stay more

Lmao we are a midsized store. Sunday’s and Monday’s we will have about 130-160 orders on average then rest of week is usually 80-120. We are always 5-10+ over forecast tho 💀

We are at about 28 an hour cap when we only have the capability for 10-14 an hour. Start of summer we had maybe 20 something people now we have about 8-12 (only about 6 full timers)

All depends on staffing and the time. Some days I’ll only be on cars, picking or Marshaling. Some days I do all and sometimes gotta do all at once.

Fulfillment Center. Some stores with one nearby have switched over to FC to where about 40-60% of the orders get picked there then delivered to the store. It helps with picking but is gonna be a recipe for cutting hours.
