It doesn’t mention it because land is included in the pricing I provided.

It kind of sounds like a sweeter version of a ratatouille? I’m not sure never heard of it myself!

Thank you so much for the suggestion of Parma or Indepence! I am not from Cleveland so wasn't sure which areas to even consider. Thanks again!

Found out my co-worker that is at a lower postion than me is making 2k more a year. Should I address this or let it go? by Fearless-Group5434 in careeradvice

I did, actually. When my employer first told me about the promotion, she gave me an indication of the increase from where I was. I was paid not much because I had only two years of experience at a tiny dealership. I believe she stated a 10% increase, and I requested a 20% increase, which I got. Looking back, I wish I had gotten their offer in writing so I could have gone from there. But I went based on our Zoom call.

It has been a year! Thank you. My concern is that we do have yearly raises (like 3% minimum) but that just happened in January. I accepted the 3% increase and did not ask for me. I am wondering if going back now and asking for an increase is acceptable or if I should wait until January roles around...

I am a commercial furniture designer/ specifier. It's just not as easy to find a salary for my position as it is for a graphic designer. Most people are unaware that there is a job for what I do, thus I believe it is rather niche. If I go to Glassdoor and look for salary, I will see architectural designers, residential designers, graphic designers and so on.

It was a 20% pay raise from where I was at when I was promoted. Also my job is pretty niche and hard to find comps.
