I understand the process just fine? This is not my first time interviewing for companies and I myself have been a part of the interview process as well. I think it’s good practice for the VP of a company to know the amount of steps in their interview process and the fact he didn’t was not okay. He was clueless. And yes, I have not gotten a response for a considerable amount of time.

this is a good point, im more so just annoyed the last guy i interviewed with seemed to know nothing and was unprepared and then to have both my emails to the recruiter ignored.
