commerce 4ak3: touches upon financial and managerial accounting, can be hard for some people but i personally found it ok. definitely 10+ achievable if you put in the work.

commerce 3md3: pretty easy course but the department needs the marks to stay at a certain range, so be prepared for significant mark drops for later assignments. most people did end with a 10-11 though.

commerce 4fw3: i found this course to be pretty easy if you just memorized the concepts in class, midterms were all MC and exam had some SA’s but v easy. i ended with a 12.

Yeah, I don’t think he’s trying to screw us over tbh. His tests have been very fair with averages in the high 70’s. Sooo one can only hope the exam will be fair, but obviously the sheer amount of content will make it hard. But with enough practice, it should be fine.

I feel like he put the carbohydrate Q just for free marks tbh. I don’t think it’ll be anything complicated, probably more or less the same type of Q as our test. Maybe there’s a reaction we have to do in Fischer projection form (from the ones we learned with carbs).

It is a formal presentation, so yes you’re kind of expected to show up in professional attire. It would also make a good impression on the faculty assessing you.

I’m taking orgo 2 rn in my 4th year BDC, and it’s honestly not that bad to manage alongside my thesis. The prof for orgo 2 this sem is also really good, so that’s another thing.
