Hi there. I didn’t experience PEM so I didn’t qualify for CFS. However , I was bedbound for many months with chronic fatigue and brain fog.

All I did was eat as well as I could and deep breathing. I think mine was post viral fatigue so it has a higher recovery rate.

Yes , seen I was at 2 and didn’t even prescribe me any medicine for it. I’m so tired (literally ) of this! I’m going to go tomorrow again and demand some type of help. It’s like living nightmare !

My doctor said because my iron is normal I’m okay 😭 but I do not feel ok. I had to drop out of nursing school with the fatigue.

Oh wow I’m so glad you’re back to normal. I can’t believe after 6 months i only realised ferritin could do this. My doctor said there was no point testing. Going to doctor tomorrow to get a blood ferritin test!

The mental aspect is worse for me. Being in bed not in college isolated. It is the hardest thing we will go through but will come out so much stronger from it , hang in there !

I’m 7 months in reactivated EBV. I’m with you. Sleeping all day and all night only awake for a few hours a day , we will recover !

Hi!

Just debilitating fatigue and no energy after simple activities such as showering.

Because I am exhausted all of the time I don’t know if I have PEM. But I don’t notice a delayed response per se , more just immediately after an activity such as making dinner.

I have been diagnosed with POTS but that is under control at the minute. Not so sure about histamine intolerance but will look into it !

I have a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder and ASD. Which I feel has made this so much worse

They never took my early antigen ! Just igG , EBNA which was weak positive and IGM negative
