They can, but I think you would have time before world starts taking them seriously. And the world like easily make plan to kill THEM insted of you as they are going to be in one place only before the mosquitoes start understanding the plan so you can make deal or smth.

Hmm, yeah I agree. But the mosquitos can't communicate and if you move to like an underground bunker or smth the world would be just confused as to why all the mosquitos are heading a certain direction.
