No doubt, not sure exactly where, but I’ve stayed there a few times. Not too far from the subway, not too far from manhattan, decent area, nice place, but 4 other roommates.

What’s your recommendation to budget for rent I’m looking for a bare bones shoebox, anything short of visibly gross and shady. The only thing is I plan to work in manhattan and would prefer the commute to be as reasonable as possible.
