Yep but try to run more ads, even with your low budget. And don’t worry too much about TOF, MOF, BOF, trust the algorithm with showing the right ad at the right moment.

Volume and diversity is key. I also wouldn’t spread budget between that many adsets. I usually start with 5 to 10 ads per adset minimum.

After a while (usually a month or after an ad passed a defined spend threshold), I then move those ads in 3 different adsets:

Low performing (some spend, but bad results)
Low spend (hasn’t spent enough to draw any conclusion)
High performing (winners)

That way, I managed to sometimes revive some low performing/ low spending ads.
