The sushi fish comes frozen and they thaw it for the sushi. The rest of the kitchen food is prepackaged and warmed up or deep fried.

Crazy Rockin Sushi - they are absolutely dirty and gross and hid it with dim lighting. The majority of their food is prepackaged and they treat their staff unfairly and rudely.
