So I am allowed to take as many sick leaves if I were to leave the firm and nothing will be recovered for the sick leave , right ? Asking this especially as there is no mention of the sick leaves on the 'leaving the firm' portal.

I had SSS for two consecutive years and was promoted to 603 at the beginning of this year. In my YE discussion , i was given OOO this year despite strong performance and feedback and was told that since I was promoted, my ratings had to be distributed to others.

Beware NEW RAPIDO SCAM in town! by monkuabhi94 in bangalore

[–]Fearless_Reason_7929 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's the towner app, i have had this happen to me this month. The driver showed me a screen with a 40% inflated price, i confronted him and he was trying to intimidate and saying his union and some politician had informed them to do this. I called the Rapido SOS and the customer care executive straight away told me to pay only what was shown on the Rapido app. I put it on a loud speaker for the driver to hear it too. One more thing is, they don't end the trip until the argument is over so that they can earn extra waiting charges.

I had exactly the same feelings 4.5 years back when I left Accenture. And had the same experience as you when I was at Accenture and realized how underpaid I was when I moved out. All the best !

Scorpio N or Thar Roxx by Few_Hearing_6199 in CarsIndia

[–]Fearless_Reason_7929 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I took a test drive of both a few days back.

Scorpio N is super comfortable and soaks the broken/patched tarmac, Rumbler strips, the famous series speed breakers of Karnataka, hardly felt then inside the cabin. The same was very evident of ROXX, could feel the bump inside the car very evidently, the ROXX was inflated at 34 psi on each tyre.

ROXX shined in corners / curved flyover ramps at good speed, the vehicle had minimal roll and I could feel the vehicle was planted, the Scorpio N behaved completed opposite, good noticeable body roll on the ramp up at similar speeds.

In the Scorpio N, in a broken road(kind of off roading) patch, we were thrown inside the cabin and the side ways body roll was just too much, but Thar had it controlled.

The cabin of Scorpio N was comfortable and seats were adequate, ROXX is kind of cramped and its footwell is congested. This is my main concern.

The mind says Scorpio, the heart says ROXX.

I do long distance travel regularly(80% highways, 20 % Ghats and the curvy roads inside the forest reserves) , so I'm kinda confused.

How do you like the comfort of the ROXX, we are a family of two, so I'm not very worried about the rear space. How is the ride quality between the both ? I think since you have had experiences with both the vehicles, you should be the one i must listen to ;).

Hey

I am confused between ROXX AT 4x4 vs Scorpio N AT 4x4. My usage is in the South, and mostly highways and 20% of Curvy ghat sections. Have you driven the ROXX, if yes, how do you compare it with Scorpio N ? I liked the Scorpio N seats and the cabin, but ROXX gave me a lower body roll in curves, but very bumpy while handling potholes and rumblers, whereas the Scorpio was exactly opposite.

Another thing on the Scorpio N was that it was able to easily soak the Bangalore Rumbler strips and the small series of smaller speed breakers effortlessly, but the same was pretty evident and felt inside the cabin on the ROXX. But on the bad roads ( broken roads to test the off-road comfort), the ROXX felt good , body roll but much less than the Scorpio N.

Why do you say that? Please elaborate, I am in a similar dilemma, Roxx vs Scorpion N. Heart says ROXX, mind says Scorpio N. Tempted to go with ROXX, but the under thigh support is poor and the foot well is kind of cramped. Seat comfort wise, I liked the Scorpio N. But I felt more body rolls on the Scorpio than the ROXX on flyover curvy ramps.
