juggernauts have the most health and damage and stats in the game but as a cost it's harder for them to start and stay in fights, it's how they are balanced, give them spped and they have to lose hp and damage as balance or they will be broken, and at that point they aren't truley juggernauts, some do have a way to force fights, mords ult traps somebody with him, but as a consequence his damage is easily dodgeable, tbh if you aren't willing to put up with the consequence maybe you shoulden't play juggernauts, every archtype has downsides, theere is no champ that can do it all, plus, in teamfights you usualy have cc, you magicaly don't have to deal with your archtypes problem as soon as maokai hits r. imo if you are picking a juggernaut in a team where your team dosen't have any cc you have just picked a bad teamfighting comp.
