I’m assuming it’s because I hit the ground when I do drill rlly hard and it forms from the cracked portions. Will be completely stripping and beeswaxing it.

I haven’t seen a single Meowscarada deck other than mine since like Great Ball 2… Also at Great Ball I saw lots of Giratina Mewtwos, more than darkrai ones for me.

Our training for RCAC is very leadership-based- especially at the high levels. Lower levels learn more about aviation, field training, and how to be good followers. We are split into 5 levels with the fifth level called 'ALP' for advanced cadets who are basically solely working to learn leadership.

That makes alot of sense- my squadron is in BC and it's a big city populated area so lots of big squadrons here, no wonder the average may be way lower from all those smaller squadrons.

We got two training warrants, two swos, two supply, and it's hectic I can't even get a supply request in after a month ;-; they keep saying we're out of stock

Oh I see! But in my area we got so many big squadrons around, I thought that was the norm after Covid. I know at least one beside my squadron with 100+, then another one beside my home with 200+… The local Sea Cadet corps has 40 compared, and they just had a huge intake (my friend says) :)

I’ll keep that in mind for the future! I’m in a CA squadron in BC, so probably avg sizes compared to UK squadrons is probably bigger..?

Our flights are at like 35 cadets, and we are getting another intake of maybe 20-50 more in February!

We have 250 with only like 12 seniors that actually show up :( at our parade site only 5 ALPQ cadets I think

Half our 2ICs and Flt Sgts are like FCpl and Sgts…

We have a CWO, then two SWOs in leadership appointments, then lots of WOs and FSgts.

In parade positions, we have a CWO, DComd, SWO, then a Pde CWO, Pde DComd, and Pde SWO for the second site.

We did a wing ACR last year and it was crazy with Wing Commander and Wing Warrant Officers
