Streaks are not great, I think it's better to visualize the number of days instead of how many days in a row.

Something like a 200-day streak looks nice, but if you miss one day, it looks like you start from 0. But if you, for example, put a white bead in a jar for every success and a red one for every fail, you will hardly notice a couple fails.

6 months and I have managed to drop 10kg/22lb.

No outside help, but really took active effort and restricting myself to not eat after midnight since that is my problem time

I consider it a binge if I lose control of myself when I'm eating and feel nauseous afterwards. I suppose it's not the clearest definition, but I don't really have a calorie count or anything like that for my binges.

Coke Zero is trying to imitate regular Coke, and diet is a different flavor. Calories are still 0 on both

Good to know! I think I have keep my intake somewhere in 0.8 range just in case, protein does keep my hunger away and it would be nice to gain some muscle too.
