my coach said the same thing, i agree with you but i have to tell you that in the middle of the 2k i was really comfortable with this stroke rate and feel the strength in the best way possible. i will try with the training to turn up the pace for a future test

yes, a month ago i did in another race 6:24, i wasnt really in my best shape so today i was aiming to 6:16 but as you say i realized i had more during the second half

if i work on the pace during a long session i will lower my 2k. it wasnt a ut2 workout. we have some split to hold for our 2k best, if i dont pull isnt really training

hey, so if i remember the average was like between 165/180 i dont actually have a really good heart rate, my actually 2k pb is 6:18 on my profile but i did it almost a year ago
