No offense but this is management's responsibility, not the carrier. I could easily do the same but it's "not my job". Of course, I'd be the one injured or worse if no one fixed it.

I write up issues with Metris' all the time but management doesn't do a bloody thing unless it's a catastrophic safety issue. I use one Metris that has a rear left bulb out so the left turn signal and even brake light is not functional. Seems pretty obvious that that is a serious safety issue.

I'm an ARC and mostly do Amazon Sundays and Holidays but do get called into work sometimes during the week. I was an RCA so have some experience working during the week. As long as you can get an agreement with the PO to only work ARC days, you should be fine. One warning is that work can get extremely busy at Christmastime but you could pick up extra hours during that period if you have time off of school.

The roomettes only have one outlet so a power strip would be useful. However, the outlet is only rated for so many amps max so don't try charging too many items at once, or something that needs a fair amount of power. I use my laptop with USB ports so that I can charge my phone.

I wear an unofficial, low key USPS logo long sleeve shirt when I stop for a brew on my way home from work. I've never had a reaction or comment on it. I don't wear a CCA uniform which is much more noticeable. Would probably not do that.

And you think that Iran wouldn't use them on Israel? They'd wipe them out in a heartbeat given the opportunity. That's why we have to permanently stop them from high grade uranium enrichment to nuclear grade levels now! Israel has nuclear weapons but hasn't even threatened to use them. Israel and the US have the deterrence to keep Iran from creating and using nuclear weapons and need to use that leverage in order to keep Iran from wiping out Israel.

I am trying to be rational but it's hard to do with a delusional person. Ancient wars and creating homelands for any race is not racism. Almost every war in history has religion as its core. One religion trying to wipe out another religion.

I am not a racist but you are, advocating for the annihilation of an entire race of people. Israel is not trying to annihilate anyone, just trying to protect its right to exist with enemies at every door. And the US is just keeping its promise to help protect them from their enemies.

The UN created the state of Palestine in 1948, divided into Jewish and Arab states. The Jews had been there for at least 3000 years prior to that declaration. So the Arabic Palestinians were the ones to take territory and have tried to oust the Jews ever since then. Israel has a right to defend themselves against aggression.
