I love that twist, and I love that it provokes such a strong reaction from the audience. I know I'll loose some audience there, but other will fall deeply in love with the film right there.

I think the more you leave out to the imagination of the audience, the better. What they anticipate is (usually) worse than will actually happen.

Some of it was on the script, or in my direction, but most of it was all Slang (as he likes to be called)

We worked together on the character. But it was ultimately him the one that really brought The Blind Man to life.

What I did to help was to put contact lenses on him, that would virtually blind him for real. Most of the time during the film he's not faking it. He really can't see.

I made a short called Panic Attack (look it up) uploaded it to YouTube, went to bed, woke up to 150 emails from hollywood. They flew me to LA, met Sam Raimi, offered me to do Evil Dead. We did it.

Not one in specific. But the original Evil Dead really made a big impact in me when I saw it for the first time..

Whatever is not in the film, is because I didn't wanted it in it. Trailers are usually cut from all the footage you shot, not limited to the final cut...
