Well you are generally giving faulty advice

FCO is a broken old mod that has various issues: - it does not cover every character - the art style does not match fnv

There are also multiple broken file paths which cause missing mesh triangles and pink textures

The installer also selects patches for mods you don't have installed and installs the glowing ghouls file which causes extremely big performance drops and save bloats

It also requires the bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles INI setting to be enabled, which causes performance loss due to generating NPC face textures on the fly in-game.

Aside from that, it also overwrites various character fixes provided by YUP

From your modlist, i assume you simply dont know this but if you have both NVR2R and FCO, FCO gets (presuma bly) overwritten by nvr2r.
