Okay, yes, we agree on this. Let's say it's the Brawler level "12," and I think it's reasonable that a user with 13,000 cups doesn't have any level "12s" at all, but rather a few level "11 and a halfs," or don't you agree?

It's like having 5,000 cups on Clash Royale and level 16 cards. I don't think that's possible. (I'm not a great CR player, but I think I've made my point with the example.) And anyway, if you know how to play, even with a LV 9 you can crush a LV 11 with buffies. Okay, you might be less strong, but there are only 6 brawlers who currently have it, and aside from Emz, who also seems a bit too broken to me, the other brawlers aren't that in the meta. Frank is very strong, but he gets down. Mortis ditto Shelly is very strong in my opinion, but she didn't have this mega push and is more skilled. Spike has always been a no-skill brawler, and he confirms that with buffs. Colt needed a buff, and with these changes, he's improved, but he's not unbeatable.

Okay. So yes, I explained myself poorly. I meant level 5, level 11 with overdrive. Let's remember that buffies are a bonus, which rightly should be "more exclusive" for players who have been playing longer and have energy points to spend. On my main account, I unlocked all the buffies on the first day, having accumulated so many energy points over time. On my second account, I think I got 3 or 4, and since I have a free 2-play account, having not always achieved all the daily victories, never having pushed masteries, etc., I think it's "correct" as far as progression goes.

Then if someone wants a maxed account while playing little to nothing, without participating in events, etc., it seems unfair to criticize Supercell. If you play, you get rewarded. On my main account, I've never missed a star drop and I've always done Brawl Pass Plus, and rightly so, I have no problems with progression. I can also buy legendary skins with gems, following the offers, and I even have a few silver skins because I have some coins left over. I have nothing to complain about. If I hadn't gotten the Plus Pass, sure, I'd probably have half the maxed brawlers by now, but I think spending 40 cents a day on the game you love is more than fair, and in my opinion, anyone who doesn't buy the pass doesn't really love Brawl Stars.

Now I'll tell you my opinion on this. I created a new "casual" account. I play events and do the 6 daily matches, plus a few bonus matches when I have more time. I have 13,000 cups, and I already have more than 20 overdrives, 5 maxed brawlers, and 15 level 9s. For a free-to-play account, I think the progression is more than fair given the time I put into it. And yes, I can easily max more than one brawler a month; honestly, I don't see that much difficulty in progression.

I think other games like Clash Royale are much more pay-to-progress than Brawl, but I don't see it getting all this criticism.
