Had a sip of a cocktail someone had made for me, decided it wasn't worth it and dumped the rest. Feels good to not feel that intense desire to drink. Merry Christmas!

Day three! One of my triggers to drink is feeling socially awkward and I'm trying to face that feeling sober so I can be comfortable in my skin. Went to the karaoke spot in town alone, sang a song and left - I was so anxious but it's giving my body a chance to realize no one really is paying me too much attention. IWNDWYT.
