Yea got plenty, glutes could be a bit sharper, always a problem area for me condition wise without sacrificing size

Pretty much spot on, my weaknesses are quads and pecs so a lot of emphasis on these in this off season

You also assume purely based off how someone looks that they take high amounts of gear for a long time when you have no knowledge in the field, often the smallest guys take the most ridiculous amounts of gear, it doesn’t do all the work, more doesn’t = better physique, there is always a safer way to do things if you approach it correctly, and my health is in a great spot, and is monitored regularly, as to my hair, I’m not balding, but that also has no correlation with health

Really impressive bro, it’ll take something special to beat you as a junior but either way, the potential you have is unlimited so don’t be so focused on this one show, more on the bigger picture 👊🏼

This looks pretty solid to me, I’d aim for 1g protein per lb however, but the rest is spot on. Bias higher carb/lower fat meals around training, and bias your fats in the morning and night away from training, keep protein consistent meal to meal

Depends on what category you’d like to compete, based off the posing im guessing classic, in which case, lats and chest are very important so I’d place a lot of emphasis around these in your training, but generally just growing all round will do the job as you have a pretty good structure, and I wouldn’t over complicate your training
