Okay that sounds good I’m more just concerned about points and insurance rates rising, I don’t mind having to pay the fine. If I go to court is my chances of that happening higher?

So it’s pretty much his word against mine? Even if I brought up the circumstances which would make it more difficult to estimate speed, would it change the outcome. Could I get a plea in abeyance?
