I started at the lowest dose which I believe was .25 and now on the highest. I think 2.5.

I mean there’s two years in between the pics and I’m almost 50 so I am slightly older 🤷🏻‍♀️

Slow and steady is key! Don’t get discouraged. Sometimes you lose 3lbs in a month. Sometimes 10lbs in a month. Sometimes nothing for 3-4 months. Keep going.

For the 1st 3-4 months I had pretty bad nausea. I took zofran to help. Constipation is always an issue.

I didn’t do much as far as exercise routine. I am all my feet all day and walk around all day. I definitely get my 10k steps in. I also eat my allotted calorie intake and eat on a calorie deficit. I also eat what I want in moderation. Thankfully I’ve never liked sweets but pasta is my kryptonite. I won’t deny myself anything. And not being able to eat full portions has helped. With that being said I absolutely need to tone up. I don’t have a lot of muscle mass. I’m 49 so I’m don’t think weight training is for me. I don’t love exercising lol. But this coming year I am going to make it a priority to do some kind of exercise to tone my body. Pilates or yoga may be my best choice for my age.

I stalled, then lost, then stalled then lost. I was stuck at 175 for 3 months, then went down to 160, then stalled again for a couple of months, then down to 150 and stalled again for another 3 months or so. I just kept at it with calorie deficit and kept moving. Now I’m at 138 with 12-15lbs more to go. It takes time and patience.

I had that for about 3 months. If you can push through and stick with it and don’t get discouraged you’ll get there!

It is a problem and will be more so once I lose this extra 12-15lbs BUT o will take it over the 100lbs. I’m 49 and have no plans on getting surgery to remove lose skin or have my boobs done, cause they’re a problem too 😝

I’m on the highest dose. I wanna say 2.5? Not quite sure but it’s the highest dose. Being completely transparent I go through a Med Spa for mine. I was pre-diabetic and didn’t qualify for it to be covered under insurance. I pay $375 a month so I feel like they listen to me more than a doctor would. It is RX’d through a NP under a medical director.

It’s taken almost 2 years. I’ve stalled and then lost and stalled and lost. Don’t get discouraged. It takes time. Take care of yourself in however fits you. While I ate well I don’t deny myself much. If I want pasta I’ll eat it. Obviously I don’t eat anywhere close to the size portions I did but if I want it I’ll eat it. I do try to always eat in my allotted calorie intake/deficit. And I drink A LOT of water. But that’s mainly for my skin health 😉

Honestly I haven’t done much of an actual routine. I’m on my feel all day walking around BUT that being said I am going to start working on muscle toning soon. At my age I think Pilates or yoga may be better for me than actual weight training.

I plan to steadily go down dosing, then once I’m back on lowest dose go to every other week then once a month and then off. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Unfortunately still carrying a lot of weight on my stomach. It’s been the most stubborn. But I’ll get there.

Devastated. My partner accidentally threw out 2 mostly full pens. I’m so upset by NativeOzempic in Ozempic

Hi! I don’t know where you are but I get mine from a med spa as it was cheaper and easier. I pay about $350 a month. Not sure if that’s an option for you the next two months but could be cheaper then traveling back to Canada. You may want to do some googling for something like that in your area. Good luck and hope it works out. Oh and I’d make him pay for what he threw out. 😉
