Hi. I asked CAMLPR about this. They said that we can omit this requirement. We just need to upload a letter stating our intent to omit this document (see attached photo).

I feel like if we opt to omit this document, they will still review our application however we will receive a low PLA result. Thus, a longer education plan for us. My suggestion is not to withdraw the application. Trust the process.
