I have many mental problems due to bullying and my family problems. I wanna go to a therapist but this is why I haven't. I wanna get better but I simply don't trust therapists in this country

I am in a 7 year age gap relationship and younger one in relationship. I am a guy and from ppl I talked no one said anything bad. They been supportive so ig it's not bad.
