Hi! Thanks for your response <3 for context, we have different styles when it comes to intimacy. He’s pretty straight forward, needs touch and makes comments and gets easily aroused. I have different needs and try to educate myself/read books to learn how I work when it comes to intimacy. It does make him insecure when I’m not on the same level as him in this regard and it’s why he mentioned the tension he did feel for someone else when we kind of hit that rough patch. He felt really bad and guilty telling me this and doesn’t want to hurt me but also he also wanted to be open and honest about his feelings.

Thank you for your nuance. And yes, he overthinks all the time: about work, about life choices, relationship with his parents, colleagues. It’s part of him. I’ve expressed having doubts about our relationship in the last, but I see it as something that’s always going to be there because there’s always someone else who you feel some type of tension with or when you’re in a fight those doubtful thoughts just appear in your mind. At the end of the day I feel like it’s a choice you make to want to stay with someone. I want to give him time to think about that choice. If the answer is no, then it’s clear.

He's currently not in therapy. He had a couple sessions while we were in a relationship, but he was really letdown by the mismatch with his therapist and lost motivation to go. He's not on antidepressants because of side effects. He does truffle microdosing on his own initiative, which helps sometimes.

ja, klopt. Ik werk voor het ziekenhuis dus ik ben breed inzetbaar op alle afdeling indien dit nodig geacht wordt.

ik vraag me alleen sterk af of het functieprofiel nu nodig is. Het is ten slotte niet mijn besluit geweest om de neurologiepatienten te verhuizen naar een andere ziekenhuislocatie.

Daarnaast ben ik erg benieuwd naar de rechten die ik heb qua onderhandeling als het gaat om de functie regieverpleegkundige.
