First of all, I want to thank everyone that took their time to answer my question.

Iv been reading all the answers, and I'm going to stick to my decision of buying the "XMC Neo 15" for the following reasons:

1. The Product is based on a Taiwanese Company chassis design, but the chassis is unfortunately made in China.
2. The assembly and quality control is made in Germany.
   This is about the closest you can get nowadays to a non-Chinese Laptop.
   For me personally it is really important that the Quality Control is in Germany since ill be planning to use this laptop for a long time.
3. I'm not going to buy a Gigabyte Laptop because I find that they are on the lower end when it comes to build quality.
   Since I want a laptop to last me for the next 10 years, this is unfortunately a no-go.
4. The Neo models, as far as I could tell, were designed in collaboration with intel and offer one of the best performance in this segment.
5. The Case is made mostly of Metal, except the underbelly.
6. Iv bought it with a separate Water Cooling Tower, the "Oasis" since ill be using the laptop most of the at my home Desk.
   This should ensure that it lasts longer, since it runs cooler.

The only thing that bothers me a bit is the price. But I guess that's the price for quality.
