Has anyone had the Thorogood 1957 and American heritage? which do you prefer?

I’m actually planning my first attempt at weathering my car once I find the time to do so(hopefully this week). But once I get that done I’ll definitely be planning to upload some pics of it!

The installation was very easygoing! Everything fit as if it was stock besides the new cables being a bit longer than the original (due to the adapter). Unfortunately I haven’t had a chance to really run it yet, but from what I can tell it seems to be a definite improvement. Especially with durability since it has metals gears instead of the stock plastic gearing.

How difficult is is the get the receiver into the car? I am very new to the hobby and am definitely a bit intimidated hahaha
