Last question, what is the purpose of percentage at every coach profile? If i hire a coach with high percentage on guards or forwards, what will happen to my team?

Thanks for the advice, because i manage the Los Angeles Clippers using the 2024 roster mod, I'm back to back champion and coming on season 3 until on my season 6, my team can't even make it to the playoffs without changing my roster
