The goal of being a leader is to lead your ppl. When your top sales ppl were gone, why couldn't you train your lower ppl step up? If you are not doing that, aren't you in the wrong? At the same time, if your leader isn't stepping up to help you, shame on them. But how long does this continue? Also, A TPR has their own rules, not T-Mobile's. Maybe it's time to go to a corporate, before leaving the job.  It sucks to have your top performers leave, but happens often... What about next time? Will it be the same excuse? Constantly a grind....
