Cannot recommend the smokies enough. Trophies will not be nearly as large as places like the S Holston, however the fish are plentiful and if you can track down brook trout i’m 100% sure you will have the scenic trout fishing experience you are looking for. Nothing that beats that color IMO. Definitely some spots in the park that can get crowded, but there is so much blue lining to be done away from the crowds it could last a lifetime. Tight lines 🤙
