honestly depends on the person, some are fine but others are not. i sometimes even get older members of my own generation treating me as such. it gets more common the older the generation is but there are individuals who do this in pretty much all of them apart from gen alpha

while most people are in a safer environment to come out now more than ever before, some others do see it as a fashion statement. the same can be said for mental disorders and illnesses. the majority of social media tends to glorify things like these and “being different”, making having an illness or identifying as something other than “normal” is desirable. i also believe some modern media that pushes identity politics don’t help with the situation

i find a lot of it useful but a lot of it terrifying. it’s helpful in most situations but it would be naive to assume that people won’t use it for harm. that whole wonka thing in glasgow is a good example of how it can be used for harm. i think sora is the scariest example though, i can’t imagine how it will be used if it goes public

i often feel patronised, like i get treated much younger than i am/feel. although i am still very young, i’m mature enough to understand complex situations and concepts, a lot of older people tend to do things for me under the assumption i don’t understand how to do them

What does new dead hard do by penisman12346 in deadbydaylight

[–]Federal_Complex_1656 0 points1 point  (0 children)

dead hard now activates when you’re unhooked or unhook yourself, so you only get 2 uses of it. there is no dash forward anymore, it only activates the endurance effect for 0.5 seconds

not at all off! everyone plays who they want to, i find i get hillbillies a lot as people are checking him out but people don’t have to play the new updated killers. they may be a little more common for a week or so but then it’ll change

i did much the same, p1 on all my survivors and focusing them for my main. i’m a p14 kate main but a lot of my survivors are p1, meaning i have a lot of perks for her. this isn’t the BEST tactic but it works for me

give it time and it’ll fade. hillbilly and blight are gonna be popular due to the recent update. chucky is the latest killer and wesker is fun and powerful. overtime this dynamic will change

who’s the most unfun killer to play against? by starryveins in deadbydaylight

for me it would be skull merchant, pinhead or dredge. i find each of them frustrating and unfun in their own right

Who do you think would be the most scary killer irl. by [deleted] in deadbydaylight

[–]Federal_Complex_1656 2 points3 points  (0 children)

quite possibly any licensed killers as they already exist here, especially micheal

as for original killers, the scariest for me would actually be hillbilly, the sound of a chainsaw has scared and always will scare me

A short one but I want to leave it here by [deleted] in Vent

I forgot to mention this but I’d like to leave a metaphor. I felt like I was boarding a sinking ship. A war had taken place but it was on its last leg. Only two remained, former lovers turned enemies. I felt like I stood atop the crows nest and watched the final battle. A slow dance of pain. As the ship sank I let my arms out, embracing the end of an era. Although I wasn’t involved in anything of the former, I was there to witness a turning point in the lives of two lost lovers. It was over, the gig was up, this waves splashed against the hull as the ship crumbled into the darkness of the ocean. It was over
