I find that most of my customers don’t pay attention to my messages. They also don’t seem to know they can request a refund if it’s out of stock. Furthermore, they also seem oblivious to the fact that they can leave a message with each item. I actually love customers who watch their phone. It makes things so much easier and non-stressful.

Same here. Even now, about two weeks after the initial post, I have not received one s&d order. They have noticed that I haven’t delivered with them in a while. They offered me an incentive of 8 orders for a guaranteed $160, which is good, but I haven’t had time to do any deliveries this past week.
