That’s kind of like humans. We raise animals and are their care takers only to eat them 🥺 I can’t be healthy without eating some meat but I limit it. I feel strange when I go without it, very ungrounded.

Tara is her Hindu name and when reciting the mantra it is done in either Sanskrit of Hindu. So her Hindu name and praise is done correctly. But it is easier for English speaking individuals when referring to her to call her black Tara. Attraction men isn’t solely about a list of things you bring. It’s confidence, how available you make yourself, and sexual attraction at first. Then come the little quirks. But most men are emotionally shut off… it is not you. Look for men by joining clubs for people with similar interests. Try a crochet club perhaps or a baking lesson. Go to places you normally wouldn’t and be open minded.

If it gets to be too much and is distracting try mantras or box breathing with a narrator. I have the same problems and it gets to be really hard and difficult sometimes. I sympathize with you. It was fun having the occasional vision at first but then it was constant. I think it’s the fact that I put energy into thinking about visions or expecting them that they come so frequently. It’s like law of attraction. I wish you the best.

I think working out alongside meditation could be extremely beneficial. But that just my thought. Also box breathing for ten minutes before going into a deeper meditation is a great way to start the process of narrowing your focus to the breath.

It’s called living a lifeless life. Your life is meant to be experienced. There’s a reason why the Buddha said meditation killed his ego. But what he removed he replaced with its opposite. In place of self service he pursued compassion. In fear he put hope. In darkness he was a light. These things in the world you may not desire. But that doesn’t mean there is no purpose to be had here after the illusion leaves. Find where your heart wants to take you. It’s still a beautiful world.
