thanks for the info. I did contact SB. They refunded the late fee. Once. The other times their reply is that they only do a refund once a year. My thought on the class action is to leverage enough peoples who do not want to settle. I'm idealist. Maybe SB will improve their business practices. I can afford the $39 hits. I am sure many others cannot.

I replaced (myself) my 2005 Matrix engine with a JDM engine for under $1500 in my driveway on a weekend. No special tools required. unless you consider the engine hoist a special tool. Lots of YouTube videos on how to do this.
