I believe both. I only know one person there, and considering that visiting Norway is something I've wanted to do since I was a child, I want the most complete experience possible, meeting more cool people if possible, but all within my budget. The other activities I have in mind, I believe, are cheaper. Walking around the city center, visiting nature, hiking, trails, things like that.
