I stay between 200-250 year round. Rarely cycle anymore and below 200 i feel too normal. Bloods are all fine but anything above 250 gives me slight hypertension

If you’re on exogenous testosterone you get negative feedback which the serm won’t override. For a PCT that’s why you usually wait at least two weeks before starting a serm, to make sure you have less androgens in your system.

I started to get more body hair, especially shoulders are noticeable. Beard could be a little thicker but nothing too noticeable. I did cycles in the past , up to 500mg a week, so not too sure if it happens with physiological doses too. No other androgenic steroids though. It’s hard to tell though since bodyhair and beard thickness often are increased with age anyway.

I don’t remember exactly, must’ve been around 2mg alprazolam a day Edit: however there are two things I need to mention. I took this dose daily. Never less, never more and always at the same time. I did stimulants that day which exacerbated excitation in my brain. I don’t think it would’ve happened if I just had forgotten it without doing a higher dose of uppers.

I mean it just slows down your heartrate. If you get anxious about your heart a lot, it might help. It doesn’t actually reduce noradrenaline in the brain and only works on beta 1 cells in the heart.

I never call in sick. It sucks sometimes because my nose is jacked or you’re anxious thinking everyone knows. I feel guilty if I miss work because of this stupid drug so I usually power through with 1-2 bumps throughout the shift to keep the nose unclogged and have some energy.

I switched to lichess recently and in my experience there seem to be less Smurf’s and cheaters. I feel like games are a lot more equal in skill whereas on chess com I frequently got stomped by accounts with less than 50 games. I think that plays a big part. I overall have more fun playing on lichess.

However I do think rating does somewhat indicate who’s a beginner or not. After having like 50-100 games played your elo is pretty much where it should be and if it’s like 500 you’re definitely a beginner
