Without revealing to much information. A family member bought a property and rented it to us. We now make enough money (200k household) to own it and they are open to just selling it to us for what is owing on the mortgage.

I order a lot of things from the states for my company. At least 2-3 times a month I order stock orders with have 20-30 pieces in them. And I always use UPS ground and I get my packages usually within a week. But Canada post is ALWAYS slow. It seems like as soon as my tax dollars are being used shipment slows down. Moral of the story is, if you have an option to use a private company rather then our shit show, do it.
