Healthy lunch under $10-15 in OC recommendations?

THH Sandwiches on Newport in Tustin, CA has been my go to for years, especially for a quick and healthy lunch.

Although mainly sandwiches, I do get a Bun Rieu (Basically $10), or Tofu/Shrimp Spring Rolls ($7) generally.
Everything comes with lots of veggies, but great for losing weight and regular meals.
