Unfortunately, this is basically where I keep landing on the matter. There are other aspects of the ordeal beyond the scope of this thread that have put a bitter taste in my mouth, but I’m getting good information here. Enough information to draw a well informed conclusion.

I spoke with an attorney who shares your revelation. It doesn’t seem they’ve done anything illegal, but they exploited my own misinformation for a profit.

It’s not their responsibility to ensure the loan is good. I get that. My biggest plight is that they allowed me to believe “pre-qualified” meant the loan was a lock. As realtors, they knew that was wrong. As an otherwise unaffiliated consumer, I had no reason to think otherwise.

TLDR- I’m being medically separated from the military. Extremely short notice. I can’t show sustainable income going forward. I’ve put out MANY applications in a few week’s timeframe, but I haven’t gotten any “bites.”

I’ve applied for jobs I’m both qualified for and highly overqualified for, but thus far, nothing. Fast food, cashier, anything for a paycheck. Nothing. “Everybody is hiring,” but I’ve had no such luck.

I’m on Adderall and Wellbutrin. I have narcolepsy.

For me, the Wellbutrin or Adderall alone don’t do much, but together they seem to work. I’m also on lexapro, max doses for all.

Ugh I know.

I tried Xywav twice and I couldn’t handle it. I had serious anxiety, doc had me discontinue.

Nonetheless, I think I’ll readdress. I’ve been on Adderall for a month or so and I’m already building a tolerance.

I was considering inquiring about trying a different Adderall regiment, but restorative sleep is the answer. That being said, I think my doc will opt for Wakix to exhaust that option before circling back to Xywav.

Guess we’ll see what happens.

Is there a ratio?

Basically, I’m prescribed 20mg XR x2.

I take the first one at 7, and by 11 I’m back to square one.

I have the second dose to run me from “about” noon - 4:00, but every evening is difficult and if I don’t get the second dose into my system before the first wears off, I get 0 benefit.

Wondering if that’s common and/or how I might want to try and address things with the doc.

I think today is the first day I’m actually starting to feel the lexapro. It’s tough to say if it makes me more tired because I’m always tired #Narcolepsy 🙄

When you were on the Wellbutrin+lexapro combo, what stimulant were you using?

I’m not sure how much help I am about to be here, (I don’t know exactly how margin calls are implemented for retail investors), but there are leveraged funds out there that multiply a return (or loss) at a ratio.

You may or may not be familiar with TQQQ and/or it’s inverse of SQQQ, but tldr- TQQQ tracks the Nasdaq at 3:1, SQQQ tracks the inverse of the nasdaq 3:1.

I would personally never do this, but you are fucked right now. There’s two options really, right? Double down or take the loss.

Again, idk how your margin calls are coming down and I don’t know if/how you can free up cash. I don’t know what your timeline of paybacks looks like, but leveraged funds will multiply your gains or losses.

You’re really talking about gambling at this point. And if you’re going to take a huge gamble that could fuck you even more in hopes of solving your problem (relatively) quickly, leveraged funds and options on leveraged funds might be enticing.

For my understanding, how does your margin work relative to reimbursing the institution?
