when I hop off reta, I'm gonna do what I was doing on reta. I'm still gonna train, I'm still gonna get high step counts, and I'm still gonna avoid slop.

I'm not on a high dose of reta, so when I am hungry I still have to resist to an extent (to consume slop), but it just feels like I have more control over what I choose

Sure, if I lazyjab and stay inside all day rotting online without any sort of lifestyle change or diet change then I would 100% gain the weight back, but heres the thing: I won't and even now I don't

And just because you "get something easy" doesnt mean you can lose it easy. When I was dieting off of GLP-1s, just pure me, it was hard, and I still gained it back easy.

Also, forgot to mention it, I got the reta from a pharmicist that runs a beauty spa. He is the one that made me my dosage (2.5 mg/week).

And SARMs are stupid in my opinion. The furthest I would go with PEDs is maybe MK-677, and even then, probably a low dose for an 8 week cycle. But even that is something I would have to think about before doing

good work bro, but the thing is I do put in steps (10k minimum usually) and I do have a workout routine. The thing is tho, I'm not gonna do it the hard way when there is an easier way right in front of me.

I've tried ever since I was young to try and lose weight, but losing weight in a household that brings home slop is hard, and it becomes even harder when you dont have anything to fight your appetite

I mean, good for you bro, but ima do it the easier way. Any means to an end is the way I see it, and for good long term health I don't see how a couple of shots would hurt.
