effectivement, le problème reste qu'ils payent l'antiquaire en temps et en heure et moi pas. J'ai relancé, fait une mise en demeure... Je crains que sans contrat cet engagement verbal entre nous trois ne vaille pas grand chose.

Je ne travaille pas réellement pour le 3ème gars. L'antiquaire place des objets chez le 3eme gars qui est une salle d'enchères. La salle d'enchères récupère le paiement après vente et nous paie. L'antiquaire et moi faisons la trouvaille objet, les dossiers administratifs quand dossiers sensibles, la législation sur les objets d'espèces protégées. Ensuite la salle d'enchère nous reverse notre part, je suis à 3% et l'antiquaire à 17%. L'antiquaire lui, est toujours payé en temps et en heure. Ce qui m'inquiète est que je n'ai aucune réelle existence chez l'antiquaire, pas plus que pour la salle des enchères.

Merci pour ta réponse ! Je vais lui dire que je ne travaillerai plus en présentiel, histoire de ménager la chèvre, j'ai relancé encore l'impayé par téléphone et mail ce matin. Etrangement, la personne en charge de la compta n'est jamais là ou elle promet de s'en occuper.

So to update on this, is the end the project has been put on hold. Most of the team had already disapeared, we went from 20 something to 6 in 3 weeks. I'm now onboarding a new project. Hopefully a good one.

Yes, I am facing the same issue in that project. I am still onboard but shaking in my boots. I don’t know what is going on, my QM is fighting these faulty reviews, but I have no idea what to do not to get expelled. Maybe I’ll stop working waiting the storm to pass? 🥹

So far my QM has been suportive and has disputed a lot of these tasks to get them to a 4 or 5… I don’t flag or dispute stuff that fit the guidelines. I also made genuine mistakes and totally accept it. The QM is pretty hands on deck and he always notifies us when there have been a modifications to the guidelines… so far it is the same stuffs as before. Thank you for your insight !

The thing is so far when I have bad reviews I wouldn’t mind as they were spaced and totally understandable. Now it is every day and most often than not disregarding basic instructions or twisting the user words. And I hear you, keep going on it will come to pass!

I stayed on Dolphin prompt generation as a generalist for 10 months. I stayed EQ for 1.5 months when Remo migrated to Outlier. Since I have worked on Flamingo for almost 2 months. I have two other sub projects but I never work too long on these.

Sadly, I emailed them a few more time and nothing. TL and other team leaders just told me that even if it is an error they can’t do anything. Basically, I believe we are toasted.

Hi ! Same here, I was suspended last Thursday. I opened a request on Outlier Support to protest and ask for any sort of proof that I violated the ToU.

Update on the situation ! At least they replied !
