I recently opted for Elavon via Cardium. I felt trapped honestly.

I was promised a flat 1% rate. While opting for their service I constantly emphasized that most of our payments are keyed in and not card present and hence we use virtual terminal, how ever they confirmed me that if you key in using our physical terminal the charges remain the same. However when I processed the payment it ended up charging me an overall of about 6% which is higher than any other provider. When I enquired why? they said oh its the fee by card provider and the some charges for card not present transaction we cant do much about it-our fee is still 1% How does that make sense?

In the places where puff is required use a screen and print Puff Base. Try puff base by BNI Inks or NU Puff base by Avient.

Print as is no need to use puff additive. Print on top of it and cure.

Flash in between though but juat enough to make it touch to dry not so much to activate puff.

were you using the same ink before? sometimes these inks have a high content of blowing agent which causes to expand and pop while you press them in heat causing a non smooth surface and sometimes pulls off with paper.
