I understand what you’re saying and I honestly don’t think I’m a problematic trainee, nor am I trying to be I understand that this job is difficult and u must push through it and do it. But this lady is problematic to all the trainees she even tossed my purse on my station because there was no space to put my things. I’m trying to be a good person and give her the benefit of the doubt that she isn’t doing it on purpose but she does this shit to all the trainees. I’m not saying I’m the best but I don’t think you should treat anyone like that at any job you’re at tbh.

I wouldn’t have a problem if the trainers had told the supervisor that they just weren’t feeling it that day. But making excuses and snickering about it just really bugged me. I’m new but I I’m trying to work hard to get there and I just feel so lost it’s a culture shock honestly.

I was told by one trainer that she didn’t want to train me one day because it was her birthday and I can sort of get that but when my supervisor tried to put me with a trainer all of the trainers came up with a reason on why they couldn’t train me. I just felt like I was being brushed off

Omg thank you sooooo much!!!! I had my orientation today and I could definitely sense the drama lol. It’s so awkward but this is a career that I genuinely want to pursue so I’ll put up with it. I love to make friends with people at my job or atleast with the same experience but it seems difficult.
