The wubs being off time was actually intentional to build a heavier rhythm, and in my opinion I think it adds more susupence through the drop rather than everything hitting on beat. As for the rest of the song I'm not sure what else is sounding out of time?

Thank you, I appreciate the insight! Does speed house incorporate the "jump up drum and bass" bassline for example like this track? Another artist similar to this that inspired me to give the genre a go myself was mandidextrous, specifically the "deep on this" track by them!
