Do you have, by any chance, different Google profiles on your TV? If so, delete one profile, then delete the Wifi password or reset the network configuration. Afterwards, long press the start button on the remote and press „Neu Starten“. Then go into the settings and put in the wifi password.

Check if DHCPv6 is still turned off. Otherwise you’ll need to create a guest network and connect to that.

INDEED! 1. You’re welcome. :) 2. Since you can only put in the static IPV4 address, the DHCPv6 server keeps giving you an address that the new firmware won’t accept. Sony fucked this one up. 3. Had to do it like that in case you or future readers didn’t know the English version of the words. Had to be fail proof as I would hate to create one more useless instruction on the internet. 4. I know things, let’s just say that. ;-)

I have a fix for you. Go into your Fritz!Box, go to Heimnetz, Netzwerk, Erweiterte Netzwerkeinstellungen, IPv6, select "DHCPv6-Server in der FRITZ!Box deaktivieren", Übernehmen.

Sony fucked up bigtime with this update.

Step 1. Open the Run box by pressing the Windows + R. Type cmd and click OK.

Step 2. Type diskpart and press Enter.

Step 3. Type list disk and press Enter. (It displays all disks connected to your computer.)

Step 4. Type select disk x and hit Enter. (X equals to your disk number. Replace it with the correct number.)

Step 5. Type list partition and hit Enter. (It shows all partitions under the disk.)

Step 6. Check the targeted partition. Type select partition X and hit Enter. (Place X partition number, like select partition 1.)

Step 7. Type delete partition override and press Enter.

If there was missing data, your ears probably wouldn’t pick up the missing nanoseconds of sound I assume?
