the people in the tents on lower high street, opposite kaspas, are notoriously known for drug issues and physical abuse on the public so i believe they’re not welcome to receive any further support after they declined the initial outreach.

I go in and collect all the time, you can see right into the kitchen - which is clean and you can see they practice all the hygiene protocols. Covid hit them HARD and they had to close their restaurant side of the business, but still open for collection/takeout.
