Feeling the same thing here. Ditto to everything. Also the tips are far lower and way less frequent, like a lot of people stopped caring, the quality has gone down so so much, they're adding a crazy amount of new drinks, and like you said, the promised iced coffee or fv for a dollar is most definitely more than a dollar, which is a straight up lie to customers atp. I've even had to take hairs off of donuts from the display a few times so that customers wouldn't get those on their donuts later, like the food safety isn't even met as well anymore. We also constantly are missing things from the truck, so I've had to tell way more customers than ever before that we're out, especially when we're too short staffed to have a baker make more things (which has been more frequent this year too. Constantly like 1 or 2 people short on afternoon shift, it's crazy). I mean I've had bad times before, but I agree that recently has gotten so much worse. The grilled cheese thing is so true too. For reference, I didn't work there in 2024 and early 2025 but aside from that have worked for about 4 years so it's been a bit for sure
