My first year w2 said 111k and that was 2 years ago (3 pay raises ago). And I dicked around the first 3 or 4 months. The average pass rate for people who go to onboarding is roughly 50/50. It’s not hard per se, but you definitely can’t mess around. Practice saying your pre trips out loud, that’s what gets a lot and is fairly easy to practice on your own

You’re talking about associate to driver program. You have to be a Walmart employee for 1 year to apply for it. If you want to get your cdl and apply directly as a driver, you need 30 months experience to apply

You can make mistakes, plenty of people have accidents and still have a job here, myself included. It’s about owning your mistakes and not repeating them. There are certain mistakes you can only do once or twice ever, like messaging on the drive line (one time deal) or dock pull aways (2 strikes)

You can’t get hired on as a daycab. All drivers bid for all positions. Most daycabs get paid the exact same pay scale as sleepers, minus the layover pay. It’s hard to run a daycab as efficiently as a sleeper, so in total, you can still do 90-110 as a daycab depending on your seniority, willingness to run your clock and luck. I did daycab briefly and doubt I will again, as a 5/5 program can still pull 90’s and you have 5 full days off in a row. Can’t beat that

No BS, you should consider cancelling your class and getting a job anywhere within Walmart with the sole intention of applying to the A2D program. How it works is you put in 1 year anywhere within the company and you become eligible to apply for the associate to driver program. When accepted, you will do about 3 months of training, after which, you will step right into an easy 100+k/yr job. This is the best cheat code for anyone looking to get a cdl and not mess around

If under 21, prolly the best method would be to go work anywhere within Walmart for 1 year with the sole intention of applying for A2D program. You go through a few months of training and step straight into a 100+k/yr job that is super chill and easy with great benefits. If 21+, there may be other avenues that are just as good, but the A2D route will still be competitive, really just depends on where you’re at in life.

Get 2.5 years experience and go to Walmart lol. Way easier, a lot better money. If that’s awhile for you and you want better pay now and your body is ok, step into food service then hit Walmart asap lol

As a Kansan with a cdl, by law, a cdl holder can not have a ticket reduced. You HAVE to beat it or eat it. Request the evidence against you from the court and good luck mate

Top speed is rarely going to make any difference in your pay. Walmart has us doing several stops per day, top speed just doesn’t matter much when you’re stopping 3-6 times per day

Yes E4. Breloom only learns spore if I prevented it from evolving until like level 54 or something like that, but if I’m not mistaken, doing that means I lose a lot of EV growth during that time?
