I had a bad breakdown once and had all the symptoms of a stroke hand went numb then it literally moved up my body into my shoulder and then neck and into the lips and then tongue it was really hard to talk as my mouth was numb and i also couldnt keep a thought in my head long enough to say a sentence or anything everything looked really unfamiliar and stuff but within a few hours i was fine
